美国马里兰大学发明超级木头恒瑞金Wood Testing Machine

2018年2月7日，美国马里兰大学研究人员宣布，他们发明了一种简单有效的方法，能把木材直接处理成为一种超强超韧的高性能结构材料，超级木头的拉伸强度可达到587MPa，韧性、刚度、硬度、抗冲击等机械性能都超出原来木材10倍以上，超级木头有潜力在建筑、交通、航空航天领域取代金属等材料。
