WLGP-5钢筋重量长度标距打点一体化测试仪,钢筋拉伸试验前,对钢筋试件进行重量及长度偏差检验和标距打点。智能化一体化操控:只需将钢筋放置在试验平台上,选择钢筋类型及直径,自动激光打标、自动称重、自动测距、自动计算钢筋重量偏差值; 大功率激光发射装置,激光头平行移动; 安全防护装置:安装有对射型安全光栅,提示避免操作人员误进入危险区域;
→适用于HRB400/HRB500、HRB400E/HRB500E、HRB600、HRBF400/HRBF500、HRBF400E/HRBF500E热轧带肋钢筋、直条钢筋、螺纹钢筋、HPB300光圆钢筋、CRB冷轧带肋钢筋等;
→钢筋拉伸试样测量规格¢6mm~50mm;钢筋拉伸试样测量根数1-5根(可设置通道);
→5根钢筋拉伸试样重量,长度可分别显示;钢筋拉伸试样长度测量范围400mm~700mm;
→钢筋拉伸试样最大称重力100kg;钢筋拉伸试样称重力分辨力≤0.0001kg;
