500kN管片抗弯性能试验机,依据GB/T22082-2024预制混凝土衬砌管片,检测管片抗弯荷载挠度水平位移性能,对管片分级加载、恒载时间测试,管片裂缝开裂荷载、最大裂缝宽度、破坏荷载进行测试。
1. 500kN管片抗弯性能检验:施加给混凝土管片的抗弯荷载应通过荷载分配梁来实现,加载点取1/3管片跨度;加压棒的长度应与管片宽度相等;布设挠度和水平位移测点。
2.管片应平稳安放在检验架上,加载点上应垫上厚度不小于20mm的橡胶垫。
3.凝土管片抗弯性能检验采用分级加载方式,每级恒载时间不应少于5min ,应记录每级荷载值作用下的各测点位移,并施加下一级荷载。
4.混凝土管片出现裂缝后,应持续荷载10min,观察混凝土管片裂缝的开展,并应取本级荷载值为开裂荷载实测值。
5.当加载至设计荷载时,应持续荷载30min,观察混凝土管片裂缝开展,记录最大裂缝宽度,随后卸载,终止检验。
6.混凝土管片的抗弯性能应按以下规定进行判定:加载达到设计荷载并持荷30min后,没有观察到裂缝或裂缝宽度不大于0.2mm,应判定该检验批管片抗弯性能符合设计要求。
7.管片在隧道围岩(或土体)中的受力情况是,管片环外的围岩(或土体)压力及地下水压力,分布在管片的整个外弧面上,作用力方向沿管片环的内径向。虽然管片抗弯性能检验的受力情况与工作中管片的真实受力不完全相同,但对于管片这样的均质构件,在合力大小相同的情况下,集中荷载比均布荷载更容易使管片产生裂缝。
8.在混凝土管片的抗弯性能检验过程中,管片产生裂缝的走向分布基本与受力线(两根平行加压棒)一致,而管片环在隧道中因注浆不饱满,隧道受到不均衡压力,进而在管片环的中部产生水平向的裂缝,这两者情况非常相似。因此,可认为该检验过程较近似地反映了管片在隧道围岩(或土体)中的受力情况。
9.在混凝土管片的抗弯性能检验过程中,管片若出现的裂缝较多,无法逐条记录时,可选择若干条具有代表性的主要裂缝进行记录。例如,首次出现的裂缝、长度和宽度比较大的裂缝等。
