重要参数:
→适用于流水线木板材压机长度6m~15m。宽度可根据生产需求定制.
→适用于流水线木板材厚度18mm~140mm,木板材测厚精度0.1mm。
→木板材生产线传送速度100mm/s~200mm/s,自动测厚采集频率1s/点,自动记录记录1m/点。
→ABC三工位厚度测量,每个点位数据分别显示,并自动筛选木材板厚最大值、最小值、平均值。超过最大值和低于最小值可自动报警。
→三工位可分别独立控制,灵活选择,也可以定制工位数量。
→安装方便可跨接板材传输带通道,无需单独预留新的安装工位。
→PLC触屏控制、简洁直观、操作简便。每个工位数据单独存储,测量数据配有USB接口,可外接大容量存储器进行数据分析和保存。
→喷码装置可将产品编码自动喷涂到木材板面,方便区分查找木板材版次。
→预留网络接口,可方便后续系统升级更新。
→HRJ-Test非接触式木板材在线测厚自动测量系统。
